Gebwell Oy and Pivaset Oy to merge

Strong players in renewable energy and building services Gebwell Oy and Pivaset Oy are to merge at the turn of the year. The resulting entity will be one of the biggest suppliers of building services equipment in Finland. The turnover of the company is close to 30 million euros and employs approximately 150 people. The company has personnel in Finland, Sweden, Poland and Latvia. The company’s ability to serve customers in expanding markets improves significantly and the company is seeking vigorous growth in European building services market. Both the companies are market leaders in their respective main product markets in Finland. Company’s products are marketed also in future under well-known Gebwell and Pivaset brand names.
